Dave is from Nashville, Tennessee and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor of science degree in Journalism. He served in the U.S. Army and as a Sergeant was assigned to the 101st Airborne Division’s intelligence unit in Vietnam. After service to his country, he entered retail management and served in various store manager positions throughout the South. His expertise was
centered in high quality merchandise for both men and ladies apparel.
Dave opened the Steinmart store in Mobile, Alabama in 1982 and with his family, fell in love with Mobile, its beauty and quality of life. He then made a career move and became a REALTOR over 25 years ago. He has establish a reputation for his real estate skills and knowledge. He’s been a
Licensed real estate instructor for the past ten years, teaching pre-license, post-license and continuing education courses. He’s been active in the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, various community
Groups and is a member of Spring Hill Presbyterian Church. Dave and his wife, Marilyn, have a daughter, Susanna, and a two year-old grandson, Eric.
